Steroids Testing in Elk Grove Village
More Than a Decade of Testing Experience for Athletes & Organizations
Steroids testing addresses performance-enhancing substances separately from routine workplace or general drug screening. Because a standard drug panel doesn’t automatically include these substances, the requester should identify the purpose of the test and any governing policy before arranging an appointment.
At Fastest Labs of Northwest Chicago, we serve individuals, athletes, schools, athletic clubs, leagues, businesses, and government agencies. Our certified collectors prioritize confidentiality, accuracy, cleanliness, and client comfort throughout the process.
Call (847) 802-8478 to discuss steroids testing, walk-in availability, or options for your organization.
Who May Need Dedicated Steroids Testing?
The right testing arrangement depends on who is requesting it and why. An individual may need a personal test, while a school, league, club, employer, or agency may require testing under an established policy.
Common testing needs include:
- Individual testing: Athletes, parents, and other individuals can ask about arranging a dedicated test.
- School or league testing: Administrators and athletic officials may need testing that follows governing policies, consent rules, and documentation requirements.
- Team or group testing: Clubs and organizations may need to coordinate participant lists, authorizations, collection settings, and approved result recipients.
- Organizational programs: Businesses and agencies can discuss policy creation, ongoing program management, and testing logistics.
Choose In-Lab or Mobile Collection
We provide in-lab collections and on-site mobile testing. For a group, we can review the number of participants, the organization’s instructions, required documentation, and preferred collection setting before testing is arranged.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Elk Grove Village facility, where we strive to keep wait times under five minutes. If a school, league, employer, or agency governs the test, contacting us in advance allows us to review its instructions and confirm what you’ll need to bring.

“My spouse and I had an exceptional experience working with Servi at the Elk Grove Village Elmhurst Road location. Our original online TSA Pre-Check meeting was scheduled with another Staples location, which cancelled all appointments for the day without notice. We chose to attempt a walk-in meeting at this location and they took us in right after the lunch hour and completed both our enrollments in 15 minutes. Servi's friendliness and quick work was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this team.”- Logan

“The office was very clean and organized. And for the staff I had Serví he’s very professional, knowledgeable, and approachable he made my experience wonderful.”- Toni Meredith
What to Expect During the Testing Process
We first confirm whether the request is for an individual or an organization and whether a governing policy applies. Our certified collectors then explain the identification, authorization, collection, and documentation steps for the arranged service.
Before the collection, confirm these details:
- The purpose and required scope of the test
- The individual or organization authorized to request it
- The required identification and consent documents
- The person authorized to receive the results
- Any instructions from a school, league, employer, agency, or policy administrator
At the appointment, the participant completes the required identification and authorization steps before providing the requested specimen. When chain of custody is required, the documented process tracks the specimen from collection through analysis. Our collectors complete each collection with close attention to confidentiality, accurate documentation, and client comfort.
Follow Current Illinois School & Youth Sports Policies
The Illinois High School Association maintains a performance-enhancing substance testing policy for student-athletes at member schools. Before arranging a collection, schools and youth sports organizations should confirm the current athletic code, consent requirements, testing instructions, and guidance from the policy administrator.
A school or league policy may also explain how to address prescribed medications or supplements. The requesting organization should follow its own rules for these disclosures rather than asking the testing provider to interpret or replace the policy.
