EtG/EtS Urine Alcohol Testing

Monitor Recent Intoxication with the 80 Hour Alcohol Test

EtG/EtS urine alcohol testing is a way of detecting traces of alcohol when an individual has consumed it within the past 3 to 5 days, or 80 or so hours. EtG/EtS urine alcohol testing is by far the most common method for detecting recent to mid-range alcohol use.

At FastestLabs®, we offer highly accurate alcohol testing in our clean, state-of-the-art lab facilities. Our certified collectors adhere to the strictest industry standards to ensure a secure chain of custody and we conduct all our testing services with speed, confidentiality, and with accuracy in mind. Whether you need, random testing, court-admissible results, or DOT-certified procedures, you can rely on Fastest Labs for accurate results, fast.

How Does EtG/EtS Urine Alcohol Testing Work?

EtG and EtS are both metabolites that are left behind when the body processes alcohol. EtG and EtS typically appear in an individual’s urine after about a day and can be detected for about 3 to 5 days after alcohol has been consumed. Importantly, EtG and EtS are not present if alcohol has not been consumed, meaning there is no chance of a test returning a false positive. This is especially important for tests in which the use of alcohol is especially significant, including court-administered or parole-mandated tests.

Some of the many benefits of this method of alcohol testing include:

  • Increased accuracy
  • Fast results
  • No false positives
  • 80-hour alcohol detection
  • Court-admissible results
  • Affordability
