Appointments & Scheduling

Do I need an appointment for Drug Testing? 

We can handle most drug testing on a walk-in basis Observed collections may require scheduling to ensure a same gender observer is available.

I need to schedule an appointment for Drug Testing. 

If your collection does not require observation, we can serve you on a walk-in basis.  Please have your employer’s paperwork or test authorization ready and bring your government issued photo ID.

Do I need an appointment for a DOT Physical? 

Yes, we recommend scheduling an appointment for DOT Physicals to ensure we have enough time for the full exam and to minimize your wait. To schedule an appointment please click here

Be sure to check your authorization form and complete your health history prior to arriving.  Bring a valid photo ID, your current medical history, glasses/contacts if needed, and a list of any medications.

How much is a Paternity test?

What types of drug and alcohol testing do you offer? 

We offer urine, oral fluid (saliva), hair, and breath alcohol testing. This includes DOT-regulated, non-DOT, pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, and return-to-duty testing.

How long does a drug test take? 

Most collections take 10–20 minutes provided the donor is ready to provide a sample upon arrival.  Test results are reported directly to the employer when testing for employment purposes. For personal testing, we can report Rapid Test results immediately.  Negative lab test results are usually reported in 2-5 business days and  Positive results may take up to twice as long due to required confirmation testing and donor notification to verify interacting prescription information.

How soon can I get Paternity test results? 

Standard results are typically available in 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited options for faster turnaround.

Preparation & What to Expect

What should I bring to my appointment? 

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.). For DOT Physicals, bring your medical history, medication list, and corrective lenses if you wear them. For paternity testing, all tested parties should bring ID.

How do I prepare for a DOT Physical? 

Get a good night’s sleep, eat a light meal, stay hydrated, and bring any required medical records or a list of medications. Control your blood pressure if possible before the exam.  If you use a CPAP, bring your Compliance Report.  If you have Diabetes, bring your most recent blood work results and letters from your Physician regarding neuropathy and your Eye Doctor regarding retinopathy. 

Can I eat or drink before a drug test? 

Yes, drug testing does not require fasting.  However, please avoid excessive water right before a urine test, as overly diluted samples may require recollection. You should not consume more than 40 ounces of water in the few hours prior to testing.  You do not need to enter the collection site until you are ready to provide a specimen.

Will my results be confidential? 

Yes. We follow strict privacy guidelines. Results are only released to authorized parties (e.g., your employer for workplace testing or as directed for legal paternity tests).

What if I test positive? 

For workplace testing, a Medical Review Officer (MRO) will contact you to discuss any legitimate prescriptions or explanations before reporting results. We can also provide information on next steps.

Do you offer Pre-Employment Physicals?

How long is a DOT Physical valid? 

Most DOT Physicals are valid for up to 24 months, but this can be shorter depending on your pre-existing health conditions.

Can you do observed collections? 

Yes, we follow Federal protocols for direct-observed collections when mandated.

Do you accept walk-ins? 

Yes, especially for many drug and alcohol tests. Appointments are required for Physicals and it is recommended that you call ahead when observed collections are required. 

What are your hours of operation? 

Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please confirm as hours may vary by location.

Is your testing lab-certified? 

Yes, we work with certified labs and follow all DOT, SAMHSA, and CLIA guidelines where applicable.

Can I get testing for personal reasons (non-work)? 

Absolutely. We welcome individuals for private drug testing, alcohol testing, or paternity testing.
