Franchisee must be a full-time owner operator with critical skill sets in sales, marketing and/or customer service. They must enjoy networking and serving others because we are in the people business. We look for franchisees that are committed to our Fastest Labs model and have a passion for our industry. We search for extremely positive people that are driven to succeed.

It is very important that you are involved and understand the day to day operations of your new business. You must be able to commit to working and growing your Fastest Labs on a full-time daily basis. We are open 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday with true “Bankers Hours”. No medical experience is required.

Training is invaluable, so there are no short cuts at Fastest Labs. Franchisees receive (2) two weeks of training before coming to our training facility in San Antonio for (1) one full week of hands on training. We utilize a combination of online university training, live web cam training and in person certifications. There is approximately (3) three weeks of training. All training, operations manuals, sales and marketing training, day to day operational training and ALL certifications are included as part of the franchise fee. In addition, the hotel suite, lunches, graduation dinner and daily transportation during training week are included and provided so that you can focus on training for your new business.

We are here every step of the way and provide enthusiastic support to our franchise family members. Ongoing training and day in and day out support are available from 9 am to 5 pm during Fastest Labs home office hours of operation. Monthly conference calls, annual conference and awards dinner and a dedicated franchisee support team help to make our support second to none. Fastest Labs provides an online software platform to keep all of our vendors, franchisees and support teams connected. This allows quick and easy access to operations manuals, our Fast Chat social hub, FAQ forums and hi-tech tools to mature each franchise location. Fastest Labs was recently awarded the FBR Franchise Business Review Top 50 award for high franchisee satisfaction due to unmatched franchisee support.

We work directly with franchisees to build a viable territory based on a thorough demographic study. Fastest Labs subscribes to a high tech demographic software system. Our highest concern is to make sure that a franchise territory is adequate for a Fastest Labs franchise. We require that a territory has a minimum of 100,000 in population and a minimum of 7,500 in business counts. Territories are awarded based on the qualifications of the franchise candidate, their financial ability to capitalize a new market and their skill sets, but more important is their burning desire to succeed in our industry. We made a critical decision to Award a franchise territory rather than merely Sell a territory.

Fastest Labs offices are typically 800 to 1,000 square feet and are considered class B or C office space. The typical configuration is a reception room, two separate bathrooms, two testing areas with a sink and counter top area, a couple of private offices and a storage area. Our most desirable floorplan and layout is available upon request.

Fastest Labs does not offer financing, however we have fantastic relationships with several financial institutions. We can introduce you to several lenders that we have worked with numerous times that provide SBA, IRA, 401K and traditional funding methods.

The royalty is a low 7%.
